Guide to delivery charges UK

For the majority of small items we use Royal Mail Parcels - Parcelforce or manufacturers or suppliers own carriers.

On large items we use a delivery method called "Palletline", in which we deliver to our local depot, it is then trunked to a central hub and then collected by the Palletline operator for your area. The service is 2/3 days, next day can be arranged at additional cost if absolutely necessary. Goods are insured under the carriers cover. Any other insurance must be arranged by the purchaser To give an example of charges we are using two products,

The Ark and Run and the Ledbury Poultry House up to 20ft x 8ft

The Ark and Run, and many of our smaller products will fit onto a single pallet 4x4. The 20ft x 8ft Ledbury House will fit onto a double pallet 8x4.

Signing for Goods - Warning
Our carriers WILL NOT accept "unchecked", "not opened" as a condition. If you accept a delivery PLEASE take your time and check it for damage,
opening any boxes and parcels. Damaged items must be immediately reported and signed for accordingly. Anything accepted and signed for and found to be damaged later is NOT acceptable to the carriers insurers and will NOT be replaced under insurance. Fortunately, we do not get many damaged items but draw this to your attention
