STANDARD SPECIFICATION
FRAMING
Structural Framing of 78x38mm
sawn softwood
CLADDING
125x16mm nominal planed tongued and
grooved softwood shiplap weatherboard. Internal divisions
clad 11mm OSB
ROOF COVERING
Black Onduline PP as standard. This
is an easy to fix roofing material that
satisfies most local authorities. Roofing
alternatives are available and we are happy to quote
for any type of roofing.
WINDOWS
All windows are 2ft square as standard,
fixed glass with wire mesh protection supplied for
fixing to the inside of the window. Glass is secured
with wooden finishing strips. Opening windows, hopper
windows and louvre shutters can also be incorporated
DOORS
Stable design to Loose Boxes, Complete
door to Tack Rooms. All doors opening outward. Strongly
constructed using a lined softwood frame
with a galvanised chewing strip for the lower
door, ledged and braced construction for
the top door. Doors are clad with
vertical planed softwood. All doors
are supplied with heavy galvanised hinges, suitable
locking bolts or kick-over bolts at the customers
preference and a timber weather strip for the top
door.
VENTILATION
is provided in each division
using an open roof truss above the centre wall.
FINISH
Natural. Untreated.
Wood preservative can be supplied by us if required.
LINING/KICKBOARDS
11m OSB Sterling Board or equivalent.
Other materials can be used to customers requirements
at additional cost.
