Goods to total value £2000.

1. NFP require either payment with order or goods may be delivered COD for which service a small surcharge may be made. No goods will be left unpaid.

Goods over total value £ 2000.

1. NFP require a deposit of 50% with written order, the balance of the total cost payable to the delivery driver upon day of delivery. We will advise you of the delivery day and of the amount required. The erection charge is payable upon day of completion of erection to the erection team.

Special Buildings and non-standard over value £2000.

1. NFP will set out in a costing letter the terms and conditions of payments. A deposit with written order will be required, together with stage payments if necessary. If the building is a non-standard item, full payment will be required with order

General Conditions.

1. Goods pass to the buyers sole risk upon delivery. All goods remain the property of NFP until paid for in full. Any complaints regarding shortage or damage must be made in writing to NFP within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

2. All work is guaranteed against defective materials or poor workmanship with free replacement of the defective component or section only upon receipt of the defective goods or component returned to our workshops at customers expense for a period of 6 months. (Please see note 5 below) If the goods have been erected by NFP then they are guaranteed for a period of 3 months with on-site replacement of defective goods, with a further 3 months guarantee supply of defective goods only. This guarantee requires the building to have been treated with a preservative within 1 month of delivery or erection. It is a condition of this guarantee that our staff, agents or suppliers be allowed reasonable access to inspect any defective goods.

3. Any order, once commenced cannot be cancelled and deposits and monies received will be retained to help offset any expense involved. Time is not the essence of the contract. All credit card transactions are processed at the time of ordering unless a written arrangement has been made to process the funds at a later date. Refunds will not exceed the invoice value of returned goods. No other consideration will be entertained. Refunds will be made by cheque or credit card transfer. No cash refunds will be given. The customer has the option of accepting a credit note to the value of the refund if so desired.

4. The customer or his agents are responsible for the suitability of the goods ordered.

5. Specifications are not binding as to exact detail or of timber size used. After preparation the timber does not finish full size. All timber sizes are approximate.

Nominal Sizes are quoted, i.e 16mm t & g cladding has a finished size after machining of 12mm. 22mm t & g cladding finishes 18mm.
Plywoods and sheet materials are generally the thickness quoted.

Every care is taken to see that the timber is dry when used, but we are not responsible for any contraction or expansion that may occur due to weather conditions or any other causes in any material. All timber and sheet material unless stated otherwise in writing is untreated. A suitable preservative must be applied by the customer. We reserve the right to amend a design or alter the price of a product without notice. We reserve the right to use substitute materials of equal quality in the event of original material being unobtainable from our normal suppliers.
Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling on the date of dispatch

6. The customer or his agent are responsible for any Planning Application, Building regulation approval, licence, or Government Approval or regulatory approval that may be required. Any opinion or advice given by NFP or its agents is for information only and not a statement of fact. Any design drawing or sketch provided by NFP or its agents are the property and copyright of NFP for their full commercial and intellectual use unless permission in writing to the contrary has been given by NFP.

7. No claim in respect of damage of goods done by hired contractors or delivery vehicles will be entertained unless operated by our own employees. Goods will be delivered as close as the delivery driver is possible to drive and help should be available at no cost to NFP for offloading if required.

8. The Free Erection service is applicable to small Garden Sheds up to 10ft x 8ft at the discretion of the erection team. In order to qualify for free erection a customer needs to provide a level and square hard standing, concrete base, paving slabs or sitework previously agreed. Reasonable safe access is required for the erection team.

9. Payment of a deposit or placing of an order indicates acceptance of the above terms. These Terms of Business do not affect your statutory rights
